Motorcycle touring in Canada with H-C Travel is all about open and unspoilt land, empty roads, and breathtaking scenery. It’s the BIG Rockies scenery, the spectacular West Coast, the vast prairies of Alberta, and the French colonial charm of the St Laurence Seaway and the Gaspesie Peninsula. Our self-guided tours of the Canadian Rockies and the Eastern Seaboard take you to all these places and more, allowing you to explore in your own time using our approved accommodations and thought out routes. And if you’re more independent of spirit we are happy to offer you motorcycle hire in Vancouver and Montreal.

For 2008 we are continuing with our well-received programme of self-guided tours in the Rockies, from Vancouver, and eastern Canada, from Montreal. The latter opens up the delights of touring the remote and charming Gaspe Peninsula, the woodlands of the St Lawrence and the lakes of Ontario.

On our self-guided tours, all riders are provided with detailed route descriptions allowing you to explore this great country with a maximum of freedom. Pre- and post-tour accommodations can be booked at date of tour booking, or tours can be incorporated with longer holidays by Hannah, our Canada specialist.

We can also make individual changes to the self-guided tour programme, such as additional nights en route, if changes are made at the time of booking. Please book early to ensure you get what you want. Every year we have to turn down customers who have left it too late to get the bike they want or the tour they want, make sure it isn't you this year!

Motorcycle hire for touring Canada is available in Vancouver, Montreal, or northern USA – Oregon, Montana, Chicago, New England.

Our rental prices are given as inclusive rates, which includes all taxes, additional, optional insurances, and mileage available, you have no optional or compulsory extras to pay at pick up.

When booking motorcycle hire with us, you benefit from our unrivalled expertise, and we can also advise you on possible itineraries, hotel stops, campsites, and arrange activities before or after your motorcycle holiday. All customers receive maps and touring information prior to departure.

And of course as a licensed tour operator we can arrange your flights and provide the all-important travel insurance.

Our Canada team

In Vancouver, Doug, Mike and Al take care of your motorcycle. They all have a lot of experience in the job, and there isn’t much they don’t know about riding in the Canadian Rockies if you’re after some last minute advice.

Daniela is in charge of our accommodation and ‘extras’ on our Rockies tours. Originally from Germany, Daniela fell in love with Alaska and the Canadian wilderness and never turned back.

In Montreal, Cristina and Suzanne are our local heroines and they work their socks off to get our Quebec and Ontario holidays juuuust right for you! Keith takes care of the motorcycles and is happy to give you plenty of local advice before you set off.

Cristina worked previously for several years for Nouvelles-Frontières. She is well organized and her extensive knowledge of Quebec territory makes Cristina the ideal person to take care of our arrangements locally.
